How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear before your next big adventure.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn and unwashed items. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, simply use our online portal to start a return or exchange.
Does my purchase support the National Parks?
Yes! A portion of the proceeds from every single purchase is donated to non-profit organizations dedicated to the preservation and protection of our National Parks.
How should I care for my National Park Store clothing?
To preserve the life of the graphics and fabric, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumbling dry on low heat. Avoid ironing directly on the printed designs.
